Thanks to all who made our 5th Anniversary Commemorative Event, The Bucket List Beer Dinner on 11/12/12, a success!


We started by putting together a list with some of the most highly praised, impossible to acquire, hard to produce, or just plain elusive brews, covering a range of styles and regions. Inspired by this bucket list, Chef/Partner Stephen Dunne served an decadent 6-course menu to satiate the palate.


Included in the line-up was the Westvlederen 8 and the

Westvlederen 12 (some say the top rated beer in the world, and the hardest to aquire).
